No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased items except in cases of defective products as outlined below.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification Period: The defective product must be reported and returned to our shop within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Return Method: All defective products must be returned via courier service. Please package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
  3. Inspection Process: Once we receive the defective item, it will be sent to our supplier for inspection and evaluation.
  4. Replacement: Based on the supplier’s assessment, they will determine if a replacement will be provided.
  5. Delivery: If a replacement is approved, we will courier the new item to you at no additional charge.
  6. Timeframe: Please allow a reasonable timeframe for the inspection, replacement, and delivery process to be completed.
