It is with a heavy heart that we share that after many wonderful years of partnership, Jellycat has made the decision not to continue supplying South Africa.
While we deeply respect their decision, it is one we received with great sadness. Jellycat has been such a special part of our journey, but even more so, it has been a shared experience between us and you — our loyal customers. From the excitement of new arrivals to the joy these pieces have brought into homes, nurseries, and as heartfelt gifts, it has been an incredible chapter that we have been privileged to be part of.
We would like to offer some reassurance that this decision is not unique to South Africa. As part of Jellycat’s broader strategic direction and future planning, distribution to a number of similar markets has also been discontinued as they consolidate supply into selected larger regions.

Hello,
The website will be updated if we receive stock. At this stage JellYCat – Head Office-UK have not advised if they supplying South Africa. The company has made several changes to who they supply and who they are no longer supplying.
I have again emailed the local stockist to update. If I get any news I will advise.
