Restoration work is a challenge and it is a stressful task. I can never guarantee that the bear will be fully restored. The fabric is extremely fragile from age, making it difficult to work with.

Minimum Fee is R1500.00. To this one has to add the time it takes, plus any materials needed. A non refundable deposit of R1000.00 is required.

I will not give a time frame to complete the bear, as this puts me under pressure.  The bears must be delivered and collected from the shop.

Many of these bears have been found tucked away and forgotten. Others have owners who have loved them to “bits” and will not part from them. Then there are those who a dog has found and decided it would make a nice toy.  I find that owners of these damaged bears, do not understand the time and work it takes to do these restorations and that the costs are high. For this very reason, I am no longer accepting any more bears to be restored.
