Fred-i-Bear Shop
In September 2009 Lynette Kennedy opened a shop at Lifestyle Garden Home, Johannesburg, South Africa. Irene Rantsimele is the manager and a competent Teddy bear Artist.We have a new assistant, Silica who works on a Thursday and Sunday. Fredibear, is the South African stockist for the well known and loved Charlie Bears,Merrythought, Steiff, Mary Meyer ,Beatrix Potter, and Peluche
For customers wanting to make their own teddy bears, the shop keeps a wide range of mohair, and other fabrics, plus all the supplies to complete a teddy bear. Irene is competent in helping you with your teddy bear making questions.
A large selection of imported lace and antique christening robes, imported from England in stock. Fine cotton lace, difficult to find, especially in South Africa.
For collectors, the shop sells the Jim Shore Range of collectible figurines, Willow Tree, and Beatrix Potter
Candles: We stock Yankee Candles.
