He is made of the finest white, tan and black wavy textured mohair and he is wearing a smart red leather collar. Foxy has the famous Steiff button-in-ear with a yellow label. Surface washable. This is a collectors item, not a toy as defined in the European directive (2009/48/EC) on toy safety.
